International shipping charges do not include any customs or other duty which may be payable on the goods or service, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange payment of these if they arise.
Shipping charges have been calculated to include packaging and processing costs, as well as the costs of shipping.
Some items which ship as a large letter in the UK ship overseas as a small parcel (mainly packages between 20mm and 25mm in depth), which is why the international shipping price may seem high for some items such as rings and beaded jewellery.
I may, at my discretion, refund a portion of international shipping costs if the actual cost of processing and shipping is significantly different to the stated charge. The refund will be paid by the original payment method, once I have bought the postage.
I reserve the right to vary the packaging from that stated in the product description, but it is rare that this would occur.
I will post items as soon as possible after receiving your order, but this will vary depending on several factors
- I am not able to go to the post office myself so anything larger than a large letter may have a couple of days delay in posting for this reason.
- Some items will be made to order, and these will usually take between 1 and 3 days to complete.
- Custom orders may take significantly longer but this will be apparent due to the nature of the order. For example, if I have to order specific materials to make something, and these may be coming from overseas there will be a longer wait than for items I can make from supplies I already have.
I will always keep you informed about the progress of your order and will let you know when it has been shipped.
If you are not totally in love with your item, I operate a 14 day money back guarantee (excluding custom or personalised items that cannot easily be resold).
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. Please include date and details of your order.
If you wish to return your item, you will be notified of where to send it. Unless the item is faulty, you’re responsible for return postage costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your item has been received.
If requesting a refund, your Paypal account will be then credited within 2 days.
If you have chosen to receive an exchange, on receipt of the returned item, a replacement item will be made.
In the unlikely event your item needs to be repaired, you’ll be informed how long this will take.

3.1 Order Processing When you place an order via my shop on allthingsnice.shop, I receive only the required information in order to process your order (your name, address and email). I do not receive any card or bank details.
4.0 HOW I USE THE INFORMATION The information you provide is used to fulfil your order on a ‘contract’ basis and is only used for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your purchase and for delivery of your items. Your personal information will not be added to my mailing list and you will not be contacted for marketing or advertising purposes unless you request me to do so.
5.0 SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES We will NEVER sell or rent your personal data. To process your order and to fulfil your contract with us, your information is shared with third parties for the purpose of delivery (Royal Mail and courier services). Your data may be shared for compliance with legal, regulatory and law enforcement requests as appropriate and necessary. I will endeavour to notify you of any such requests. I am not responsible for how these third parties process your data, please visit their websites to read their privacy policies.
6.0 HOW I SECURE, STORE AND RETAIN DATA We use Conscious Crafties website to trade and complete your purchase. Your data is secured, stored and retained by Conscious Crafties to complete your purchase. We do not hold hard copies of your data and any data collected is held only as long as is necessary to carry out your order and to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records (7 years).
7.0 HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE INFORMATION HELD ABOUT YOU You have the right to access, update or ask us to delete your personal information. Please email our Data Controller found in section 9.0 below. We are obliged by law to provide this service within 30 calendar days of your request free of charge. However, we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
8.0 DATA BREACHES We will report any unlawful data breach to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach, if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen. If you feel your data has been compromised you have a right to contact the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
